Flaking paint on vertical cladding, shutter doors and cladding roofs are reducing unit appearances and discouraging visits from customers. Unit owners are now beginning to realise how the state of exterior buildings has a direct impact on the perception of their business.

PRC Group approached Seamless Coatings with the task of putting forward a system that would meet their needs at the Central Retail Park in Milton Keynes.

SCL90 Durathane and SCL95 Cladding Finish were specified and used together to obtain the desired finish as part of this £25m refurbishment programme.
