SCL products specified as part of a £25m refurb programme for the MOD in Scotland

Tividale Comprehensive School, West Midlands
Seamless Coatings were approached by Sandwell Council with the task of putting forward a 10 year cold-applied liquid coating system. SCL 90 Durathane works by encapsulating the roof in a seamless barrier membrane, that is not only 100% waterproof but also allows the roof to breathe. This safe, durable and cost effective system effectively extends the life of a failing roof and was therefore the perfect solution to this problem.Find Out More
Binley Wood Industrial Estate, Coventry
A major refurbishment of an 8500m/2 industrial unit in Coventry has been completed with SCL 95 Cladding Finish, one of the many specialist coating systems from Seamless Coatings.KJW Properties Limited approached Seamless Coatings with the task of putting forward a system that would meet their clients’ needs which was a total refurbishment of the premises. The exterior metal sheets and gutters of the unit had started to break down to bare substrate causing the building to appear run-down and neglected. The solution also had to provide long-term weather protection for a minimum of 10 years.
