Product Description SCL 55 EPCR, HI-BUILD, is a solvent-free, two-part pigmented epoxy resin coating which provides an impervious, hard wearing finish which is: Solvent Free Low Odour Non Flammable Good chemical and wear resistance Long lasting Easy clean
Uses: SCL 55 EPCR is designed for use as a coating primarily on concrete floors in industrial premises, warehouses, production, garage and hangar floors.
Preparation: The surface to be treated should be free of laitance, oil, grease and loose particles which affect adhesion. Vacuum assisted short blasting or grinding of surface is recommended.
Application: Supplied in units ready to use comprising of A (resin) and B (Hardener). Use protective gloves and goggles. Thoroughly stir contents of A to homogenous consistency then add B to A and mix thoroughly for several minutes using a low speed electric paddle or similar. Apply mixed SCL 55 EPCR immediately by brush, roller or squeegee on the prepared surface. Particular attention should be paid to areas around obstructions and protrusions making sure that all the surfaces are covered. Keep all components at room temperature for 24hrs before use.
